Project Overview
Pioneer Meadows Subdivision is a residential development in Grand Junction consisting of approximately 12.03 acres subdivided into 50 single-family residential lots, including existing residences. The project included design of roadway infrastructure, stormwater conveyance and water quality systems, and installation of utilities including water and sanitary sewer, along with detailed grading and drainage design. The design incorporated internal street networks, detention and water quality facilities, and coordination with existing irrigation and drainage features, as well as planned improvements along E Road. The development also included future connectivity through stub street extensions, supporting integration with adjacent properties and continued area growth.
