The growth of our company has led to a need for additional leadership. A group of four core employees, including Alec Thomas, Craig Rothluebber, Dillon Foster, and Nolan Reis, have invested in the company’s future with a long-term commitment to staying privately held. This allows us to stay focused on our clients’ needs while at the same time developing our quality staff and promoting local economic development by keeping the dollars in the Grand Valley.
Jeff Mace will remain as president, with Craig Rothluebber serving as VP of Engineering, Alec Thomas as VP of Survey, Dillon Foster taking on the role of Treasurer and Nolan Reis serving as Secretary. While Ivan Geer is stepping back, he will remain with River City and focus on business development.
