Formed October 1, 2006, the owners and staff of River City Consultants have been instrumental in the successful completion of some of the largest and most prominent projects in Grand Junction and the surrounding areas including the Redlands Mesa Golf Course Development, Spy Glass Ridge Residential Subdivision, Summer Hill Residential Development, Three Sisters Residential Community, Gateway Resort, Grand Mesa Commercial Center, Meridian Park Commercial Development, Home Depot, Trappers Crossing Development in Durango, and most recently the high-profile compressed natural gas (CNG) project in Grand Junction, allowing vehicles to use the environmentally-sensitive and economically-friendly bio-fuel.
River City Consultant’s principal engineers and surveyors have over 100 years of combined consulting experience in a broad range of capabilities and have built solid relationships within our community. In addition to civil engineering and land surveying, we provide utility location services, wetland delineations and permitting, project coordination, client representation, municipal process facilitation, and construction observation services. In addition to Colorado, River City Consultants offers professionals registered in New Mexico, North Dakota, Utah, and Wyoming. With an in-house staff of three Professional Engineers, two Professional Land Surveyors, CAD designers, survey crews, utility locators, stormwater quality inspectors, construction field observers, and administrative support personnel, we emphasize the importance of efficiency, responsiveness, and communication.
